Easter & The Totem: Speaks to today from 1986! April 23, 2015 13:31

Easter & the Totem were a great but obscure band from South London who played around in the 1980s. They released a few records but playing the music biz game wasnt their thing. Commenting on the day's events and what it was like to be a young'un in Thatcher's England was more their style. In 1986, they did a song called Acid Reign, which might as well be about the 2015 UK general elections. Acid Reign is on The Sum Is Greater Than Its Parts, to be reissued on Ss Records at the end of May 2015. Give it a listen!
